How delivery to Singapore works
Every arrangement is assembled in Malaysia, packed in a box that keeps the flowers in shape, and sent by courier – Ninja Van or DHL Express – to the Singapore address you give us. You receive the tracking number by WhatsApp or email when it is dispatched.
Delivery to Singapore is RM 45 per order, whatever the arrangement or the date, and the parcel is usually with the recipient 3–7 working days after dispatch. Preparation takes 1–2 working days before that (2–3 for a Build a Bouquet design). Need it faster? Express delivery in 1–2 working days is available on request at the courier’s rate; ask us on WhatsApp before you order.
Timing a gift for a date
For a birthday or anniversary in Singapore, add the two parts up and order a few days early: for example, order on a Monday, preparation Tuesday to Wednesday, dispatch Wednesday, delivery between the following Monday and the Friday of the week after. Tell us the date you would like when you order; we plan around it and tell you at once if it cannot be met. Because the courier’s leg is outside our hands, a requested date is a request rather than a guarantee.
Around Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, couriers on both sides of the Causeway are at their busiest, so order a week earlier than usual.
Why send forever flowers rather than fresh
Fresh flowers do not travel well from Malaysia to Singapore; by the time a courier delivers them, they are tired. Forever flowers arrive exactly as they left: no water, no wilting, and the recipient keeps them for years rather than days. For a gift to a friend or family member you cannot visit, that lasting quality is the point.
Popular choices for Singapore gifts are the hand-tied bouquets – Forever Yours in red roses, Soft Moments in blush peonies – and the compact vase arrangements for an HDB flat or condo shelf, such as Quiet Grace.
Cards, prices and the recipient’s details
Add a greeting-card message, and who it is from, to any arrangement; no prices are shown on the parcel or the card. At checkout your details and the recipient’s are kept separate. Give the recipient’s full address with the postal code and a Singapore phone number, so the courier can reach them – a missed delivery is tried again or held at the courier’s nearest point.
Prices are in Malaysian ringgit; your bank or card converts them at its usual rate.
