Caring for Your Forever Flowers
Forever flowers are lifelike artificial flowers, and a little gentle care helps keep them looking their best. This page gives general guidance. If your arrangement comes with its own care notes, or the supplier’s instructions, follow those first.

Unpack and Gently Reshape
Your arrangement arrives assembled. Unpack it slowly, and lift it by the vase or the wrapped stems rather than by the flowers.
Petals and leaves can be pressed flat on the way. Shape them gently with your fingers. If you adjust a stem, support it with one hand while you move it with the other, and go slowly.
It’s worth keeping the packaging for a while, in case you want to store the arrangement or need to contact us about it.
Dust and Clean
Dust settles on artificial flowers over time. Every so often, dust them gently with a soft, dry brush or a soft, dry cloth, working from the top of each flower downwards.
Don’t soak the petals or put the flowers in water, and don’t use strong cleaning products on them.
A vase can be cleaned separately from the flowers. If the flowers lift out easily, take them out first, clean and dry the vase, then put them back. If they are fixed in place, wipe only the outside of the vase and keep the flowers dry.

Choose a Suitable Position
Keep your flowers away from strong heat, such as cooking areas and hot appliances, and out of direct sun, unless the product’s details say it suits those places.
Forever flowers are best kept indoors, unless a product says otherwise. Choose a steady surface where the arrangement won’t be knocked over, with a little space around it so the petals aren’t crushed.
Place arrangements out of reach of young children and pets.

Store for Another Occasion
To put an arrangement away, dust it first. Store it in a box with room around the flowers, so the petals aren’t pressed flat. You can use the packaging it came in, if you kept it and it still fits.
Keep the box somewhere cool, dry and out of the sun, and don’t stack heavy things on top.
When you take it out again, reshape the petals gently, as you did when you first unpacked it.

Yes. Forever flowers are lifelike artificial flowers, not fresh or preserved flowers. Fresh flowers wilt within days, and preserved flowers are real flowers treated to last longer. Artificial flowers need neither water nor treatment, and keep their look with simple care.
What are they made of?
The materials of each arrangement are listed on its product page. Whatever the material, use only the gentle dry dusting described on this page.
How long will they last?
Artificial flowers don’t wilt or fade the way fresh flowers do. Kept indoors, out of strong sun and away from heat, and dusted now and then, they keep their look for a long time. We don’t promise a number of years, because that depends on the materials and on where the arrangement is kept.
Can I keep them in sunlight, in a bathroom or outdoors?
Choose a spot out of direct sun and away from heat and steam. Our arrangements are made for indoor use. Please don’t place them outdoors unless a product page says it suits that.
How big is each arrangement?
Each product page gives the approximate height and width. Sizes are approximate: every arrangement is assembled individually, so stems and shapes vary a little.
Is a vase, a card or packaging included?
What’s Included on each product page lists exactly what comes with it. A vase is included only when it says so. Every arrangement comes with a greeting card for your message, and is packed for delivery.
Will it look like the photograph?
Each order is assembled to match its photograph. Colours can look a little different on different screens.
