Who We Are

Hazor Home sells forever flowers – lifelike artificial flower arrangements and bouquets – online. We are based in Malaysia. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Hazor Home, and “you” means the person placing the order.

Products and Photographs

Forever flowers are artificial flowers. Each arrangement’s details list what is included, such as the flowers, the wrap or vase, and a greeting card where stated. A vase is included only when the details say so.

Product photographs are concept images of each design, not photographs of the exact item you receive; each order is made to match them as closely as possible.

Prices and Tax

Prices are in Malaysian ringgit (RM). The products and prices shown are samples until the full collection is listed.

Before you pay, you’ll see the full price of your order, including delivery.

Orders and Payment

Online ordering and payment are not yet open.

A bouquet from Build a Bouquet is made to the flowers, colour, size and finish you choose, at the price shown when you order.

We plan to take payment online through HitPay.

Delivery

Delivery areas, charges and times are explained on Delivery & Collection. A delivery date you request is not guaranteed unless we confirm it to you.

Custom Requests and Quotes

For a custom arrangement, tell us your idea through Request a Custom Arrangement. We confirm the design, price and timing with you before you pay.

Your arrangement is made to the design we agree. If you’d like changes after that, ask us; a change may affect the price or timing.

Workshop Bookings

Workshops in Kuala Lumpur are planned; no sessions can be booked yet. See the Workshops page.

Cancellations and Returns

How to cancel an order, report a problem or ask for a refund is explained on Returns, Refunds & Cancellations.

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under Malaysian law.

Complaints and Contact

If you’re unhappy with an order or our service, please contact us and tell us what happened, with your order reference if you have one.
